1. About Us

Growify India LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India (LLPIN: ACT-4855), with its registered office at 5-5-5, Jhal Khera, Jaal Khera, Rupaheli, Bhilwara Police Station, Bhilwara – 311030, Rajasthan, India. We are a technology and digital services agency providing web development, mobile application development, AI automation, and related digital and marketing services to businesses and clients.

2. Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, quotation, statement of work, or service agreement ("Service Agreement") agreed between you and us. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail for that engagement.

3. Quotations, Fees & Payments

• Fees are as stated in the applicable Service Agreement or quotation and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Projects are typically billed in milestones, including an advance payment due before work commences.
• Payments are made by bank transfer to our business bank account. We do not collect card details.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Work on a milestone may be paused if corresponding payments are overdue.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any content, credentials, or materials reasonably required. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines. You confirm that any material you provide to us does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment for an engagement, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for: (a) third-party components, libraries, and open-source software, which remain subject to their own licenses; and (b) our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, for which you receive a license to use them as part of the deliverables. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain our property.

6. Careers, Internships & Recruitment

Applications for jobs and internships at Growify India are entirely free. We never charge candidates any fee at any stage of recruitment, selection, or onboarding. If anyone requests payment in our name for a job or internship, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to us at [email protected].

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of performing or receiving the services.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Services and deliverables are provided on a commercially reasonable, professional basis. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without further warranties.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, hosting, APIs, or platforms outside our reasonable control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
