About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Social Media Manager to own our brand voice across platforms and drive measurable growth. You’ll join a small, fast-moving marketing team that partners closely with design, growth, product, and engineering - so your campaigns won’t live in a silo. This role blends creative content creation (short-form video, carousel posts) with analytical rigor (A/B testing, cohort analysis) - perfect if you love memes and metrics. You’ll have autonomy to run experiments, a budget for paid social, and a direct line to leadership to scale what works.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing and growth goals.
- Create, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other key platforms.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and monitor brand sentiment.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to hit ROI targets.
- Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and present monthly performance insights with clear improvement strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand (B2B or B2C).
- Proven track record of growing engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads Manager).
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create platform-specific content.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics (GA4, platform insights, UTM tracking) and turning data into action.
