Sales Partner (Commission-Based) – Web & Mobile Apps

About the Role

We are Growify India — a software company based in Rajasthan building web apps, mobile apps, and AI automation solutions for Indian SMBs. We are looking for a self-driven Sales Partner to help us close new clients. This is NOT a salaried position — it is a pure commission-based partnership where you earn 10% to 20% of every project you successfully close. Our average project value ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000. Close 2–3 projects a month and you earn ₹20,000–₹80,000 — on your own schedule, from anywhere. Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients for web/mobile/AI services
• Pitch Growify India's services using provided portfolio and materials
• Handle initial conversations and qualify leads
• Coordinate with the Growify team for proposals and demos
• Close deals and earn commission on each successful project

Requirements

• Experience in B2B or SMB sales
• Strong network of business owners, CA firms, or retail/manufacturing contacts
• Ability to handle outreach and follow-ups independently
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English
• Self-motivated with no-excuse attitude
