About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to market our platform, acquire new clients, and accelerate business growth. This role is focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and scaling demand through measurable digital strategies. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth-focused digital marketing strategies to acquire new clients Own lead generation across channels (paid ads, SEO, content, social, partnerships, email) Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, retargeting) to drive conversions Improve website and funnel performance to increase sign-ups and customer acquisition Define and target ideal customer profiles and key acquisition channels Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CAC, leads, conversions, ROI) Run experiments (A/B testing, new channels, messaging) to identify scalable growth levers Collaborate with product, sales, and design to align marketing with platform value Manage marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation Strong track record of acquiring customers or leads for a product or platform Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and analytics tools Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and user journeys Excellent communication and execution skills Success Metrics- Growth in new client acquisition Cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) Conversion rates across the funnel Overall platform usage and revenue growth Nice to Have- Experience marketing SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms Startup or high-growth environment experience
